Position: Client Relationship Partner (CRP)
Business Unit: Branch Banking
Sub Unit: Acquisition & Product Cross Sell
Reporting to Cluster Sales Leader (CSL)
Responsibilities :

 Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) Accounts- Qualified & Activated NTB CASA Accounts (In Nos.)Acquisition of Quality Higher CASA variants-Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher CASA variantsAcquisition of CASA Values-CASA AMB acquired in accounts sourced during the month (In Rs)Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets productsMaintaining good relationship with the customersComplete adherence to Yes Personality guidelinesCompliant towards KYC and all operational riskComply with Banks policies and processesEnsure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concernsEnsure safety and security of Bank and customer's assetsEnsure timely submission of MIS reportsExpected CandidateAge: Minimum 21 to Maximum 30 years
Profile Education: 
Graduation (Post Graduate preferred)
AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB & such relevant certifications will be an added advantage
Past Experience: 0 - 5 years work experience in Banking & Financial Services Organizations 
Other Aspects / Skills:-
Good written and verbal communication skills 
Fully conversant with MS Office 
Excellent networking & interpersonal skills 
Sensitive to issues of confidentially and compliance
Market knowledge of Retail Banking or Consumer Banking or Branch Banking
Knowledge of regulatory guidance.
